Now Philippinos who are staying in the capital city manila can make free international calls from Philippines to USA and Canada.This free phone call service would be offered until February 2009.What you want to do is that just to the ground floor of the Manila City Hall, where a toll-free booth has been set up. The booth is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Mayor Alfredo Lim of Manila said they launched the project as another Christmas gift to Manila residents who do not have the money to make expensive international phone calls. City officials initiated the project, in partnership with Pacific Network Inc.urrently the service is limited to calling USA and Canada for FREE.
