Freecall,Skype,Intervoip,Actionvoip,justvoip etc Blocked In United Arab Emirates Actually before Etisalat was blocking only the website of Freecall, Skype, Intervoip, Actionvoip etc .Now Etisalat Blocked the voip software of freecall, action voip ,skype etc.
People from UAE cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah etc was using this voip providers to make free and cheap phone calls to India , pakistan, Philippines, bangladesh, Srilanka, Indonesia etc.
The rate for phone calls from free calls and action voip from UAE to India , Pakistan bangladesh etc was very very cheap compare to the Normal rate of Etisalat. People are now furstrated becuase of blocking voip phone calls in UAE.Now all are searching in internet and all by Skype blocked In UAE , Free call Blocked in UAE, Voip Blocked In uae to find any alternate way to make free and cheap voip phone calls.
I was also searching myslef to find a solution and nothing was reliable.Once I found a solution for voip blocked in UAE i will publish here for you.

I was using Freecall as my internet provider was etisalat, however it has been blocked for the past 4-5 days and inspite of using hotspot shield or other such proxy sites, nothing seems to work because etisalat has blocked all these sites. is there a way to circumvent this problem

I use libertyvpn.info it works well with freecall and any other VoIP and blocked website

Try Vbuzzer. It still works perfectly and has the best voice quality. Freecall and Actionvoip used to hang my net connection but Vbuzzer works excellent. It is a bit expensive but still much cheaper than using etisalat

Use vBuzzer for VOIP. We have been using them for about 2 years. Good quality and even cheaper than skype. If it gets blocked (only twice in 2 years) they give you a download within 24 hours. Well worth it recommended.

The best is still to have you connections encrypted for up and downloads via the US. Its impossible for them to pick it up and can then use anything you wish.
