How to Use Voip In UAE

From the very starting of my blog I was getting lots of queries about using of voip in blocked countries. One of the main country were I am getting lots of doubts is from UAE. In UAE Etisalat the national telecom provider has blocked all voip phone calls including Skype, actionvoip, freecall, smartvoip, jumblo etc.
Previously the website was only blocked,now no can use the dialer also. I will explain the way you can make voip call with out any trouble.The below solution will be helpful to use voip in blocked countries.
1. Download the software nimbuzz and signup in it to make a user Id and password.
2. If you dont have an action voip user anme Downlaod Actionvoip and create a user name and password.
3. Sign in to Nimbuzz using the user name and password which you created at step 1.
4. Go to the menu setting and go to calling setting
5. Make the following change in the settings;-
SIP Provider ; Other
User name : Actionvoip USer name
Password : Actionvoip Password
Domain : www.actionvoip.com
Proxy : Sip.actionvoip.com
Click Connect and then save
You will get the dialer main window now.Select Phone book and dila the number you want to call..It will work.
And if you are changing from actionvoip to freecall,smartvoip,jumblo etc just change the calling setting

This information is correct and working well in dubai.
but
since middle of december seems this also blocked by etisalat.
the call is going well and after get connected, both sides can’t hear the voice. it is silent and meter is running
