Skype 4.0 Offers Better Video Calls
When we are talking about making free calls across the internet using Voice over IP technology, Skype is certainly leading in the front. With almost 26 million people having downloaded the software, Skype is the most used free internet application.
Now they have unveiled a test version of its latest Skype 4.0 upgrade, offering improved video and options to help users better manage calls.
The VoIP provider is keen to promote its video calling service which it says accounts for around 28 per cent of all Skype call minutes.Version 4.0 has also been designed to accommodate Skype-certified hardware, allowing the application automatically to recognise new devices such as headphones.
